Staff is not doing anything to show respect to the patrons by protecting them wearing any mask or face covering. Two of them are wandering around the store spreading their virus endangering everyone that enters the shop. It is extremely ignorant and careless toward their own customers that they make a living out of. Their price politics is way out of control as well. Can not recommend this junkyard by any means.

Sehr, sehr schlechter Service. War jahrelang Kunde bei dieser Firma. Drei Wochen Heizöl angefragt beim Chef und dann 400 Euro mehr berechnen wollen, total die Frechheit. Kann jedem nur empfehlen sein Heizöl dort nicht zu bestellen.
Im Moment bis 10.1.2021 geschlossen, ansonsten immer hilfsbereit und nett

Man kann froh sein dass wir in Otterberg noch so einen Baumarkt haben. Dort wo man auf die Schnelle was besorgen oder bestellen kann. Es lohnt sich immer wieder hier einkaufen zu gehen.
