The UI is not user friendly. It never gives any notification about adding items to cart. You never know what to do with your photos. I an IT professional and I consider myself quite efficient when it comes to online shopping and yet it took me one hour to select one picture.

IMPUDENCE - NO DIGITAL FILES Do not use this service. It's extremely expensive and you are pushed to spend money for photos you don't need. But the worst is that you are forced to order the photos on paper but don't get the digital file that everybody would need today. They say it's because of data protection but why then are there businesses who offer this service including digital file? And they don't even answer the e-mails where I (politely) ask for the files of the photos of my sons....
Sehr netter Fotograf und die Ergebnisse sind fantastisch. Alles läuft super professionell ab und man bekommt auch gute Tipps um das beste Foto zu erzielen. Die Preise sind sehr gut, man kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
Vor fast 4 Wochen wurde meine Tochter im Hort fotografiert. Danach bekam man einen Code mit, mit dem man am nächsten Tag die Fotos online abrufen kann. Tja, leider ist das bis heute nicht möglich. Auf mehrere Nachfragen über den Kundenservice kam bis heute keine Antwort. Die Fotos meiner Tochter sind wohl bestenfalls ins Nirvana verschwunden, vielleicht haben auch andere Leute darauf Zugriff...ich weiß es nicht! Vertrauenswürdig ist jedenfalls anders und ich würde Pixyfoto nie im Leben empfehlen!
Ich habe hier für mich und meiner Frau Tassen bestellt. Die Lieferung ist schnell erfolgt und die Abwicklung war super. Die Qualität der Tassen und des persönlichen Aufdrucks sind super. Gerne bestelle ich dort wieder.
Ich habe mir ein paar Mauspad's bestellt und muss sagen, dass die Qualität sehr gut ist und der Ablauf 1A abgelaufen ist. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
Ein sehr toller Fotograf. Wir sind eine große Familie und es ist nicht einfach schöne Fotos zu machen. Er hatte sehr viel Geduld bis er alle Familienmitglieder in richtiger Position hatte. Es wurden super Fotos und nochmals DANKE.
Nette Menschen. Top Arbeit. Schlicht gut.
