We have had an SBA loan with Midwest Regional Bank since 2017. Although getting an SBA loan can be a bit intimidating, Midwest Regional Bank helped us through every step of the process which also helped us get our loan closed quicker. When Covid-19 hit and we saw a slow down in business, we immediately reached out to the bank. Their response was nothing less than spectacular! Every question we had, and there were many, was always answered quickly and with as much information as possible. I know the bank has many customers and I am sure every one of them was calling but you would never have known it from their response time. I have to give a special shout out to Steven Nesler at Midwest Regional. The time and attention he spent in guiding us through the SBA programs offered during the Covid-19 crisis has been incredible and we cannot thank him enough. If you are looking for a GREAT bank, we highly and proudly recommend Midwest Regional Bank!
Awful place to receive a loan from. My family and I had some terrible events happen the past few months that unfortunately made us a few hundred dollars behind. The lender was informed of our situation and was understanding and told us to bring some cash in every week as we could until we could get caught up. Then yesterday a man comes to my home and then to my work to repossess my truck. Payment for February wasn't even due yet and we were only behind on the month of January.....The lenders reason as to why our truck was being repossessed (per the man repossessing the truck) was that \he didn't want to deal with us anymore\ great customer service. They will also insistently call you up to 3 times a day when your payment is a few days late. A bank that doesn't understand that life happens and won't work with their customers even when they are still bringing in cash, is a bank that I would not associate with.
Kendra & I have been banking with this bank over 20 years. The crew at the Otterville location are an asset to the community & surrounding area. Cant thank them enough for all they do!
