Easy to work with and knows what they are doing. I am happy with the quality work they did when my furnace went bad and my house was at 53 degrees. I called them and it was a lady on the phone that was very patient and had great customer service. I felt peace of mind with the work they did and now my furnace is fixed and my family is in a warm home. Definitely recommend J & N Electric.

Being that I am Hispanic, and apparently according to John(the owner) and his apprentice. I over heard them saying they could upcharge me. I told them I didn’t like the price too much, and asked if I could get help from someone else. They then said that their service fee was 250 dollars. I called another hvac company and they were going to charge me, half of what J and N was charging me. Only problem was that j and n had taken the old part with them on purpose to make it harder for the next guy. I would not recommend them.

They were very accomidating and knowledgeable. They kept me in the loop every step of the way explaining not only what they were doing but why. Also the cost was much lower than i expected. Would definately reccomend.
