I stayed with them for 3 months while I transitioned into my new job in Ottumwa. They provided everything I needed and even met me for a spare key when my wife decided to take my key to Iowa City on accident. Amazing couple who truly care about their guests.

I stayed with KG for a few months when I was in town and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious and well kept. Cooking appliances were all well maintained and the bathroom and bedroom were huge! I'd 100% recommend staying with this team.
I stayed at KG Corporate Living for 5.5 months while working at the hospital. Teresa and Steve were great landlords and highly responsive to make sure things went smoothly in the apartment. KG Corporate Living provided the convenience of living in a fully furnished apartment with many daily items supplied (laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper). The apartment was beautiful and I am so thankful I was able to stay here during my time in Ottumwa!
We stayed here for 2.5 months in the winter. The owners were very easy to work with and were very accommodating. This is a great place to stay if you need temporary living, much more space than a hotel room and more private!
