Email notice that package was undeliverable at 6:00am because business was closed in Ottumwa. This package does not have an Ottumwa address! Get it to the correct city to get it delivered. UPS keeps saying it will connect me to a customer service representative and I never get past the automated voice. So sad that it isn't even in the correct city!!!
