I bought my Jeep Renegade in late summer 2020, preowned. The staff has been courteous and helpful, however, I have had this Jeep in three times already, including today, for service work. Thankfully, I bought the bumper-to-bumper warranty coverage, but I'm starting to think I bought a lemon. I have mentioned the click in the front of the car each time, and it has yet to be addressed. Hopefully it will be today since the engine malfunction light is on. I appreciate the shuttle service they have to take me home each time, they are Covid responsible, and staff has been great keeping me informed. SERVICE is important to me, since I was unhappy with my last car's service/the dealer, and Vaughns has stepped up. Hopefully today's service will take care of this ongoing issue.
