After having 2 interview with their staff, I was promised to have a 3rd one. After 1 month of waiting, they never send any emails neither took the effort to call me to explain why they haven't chosen to proceed with me. That's of course not a problem. But the problem is that it looks very unprofessional to keep your potential co-workers wait and not letting them know on time what you have decided. Happy that I'm not hired by them!
