It's a cozy and small restaurant in the center of Oulu. The food is extraordinary and the personnel is very helpful and cheerful. Ate a 3 course dinner and left with a full stomach. Main dish portions are of normal size and if you don't want to waste too much you can be fine with main dish only even though I don't recommend it. The place is usually fully booked from 17 till 19. If you want to give this restaurant a try you should reserve in advance or go later in the evening.

The food was alright but we waited 1h20min for our main course, which I think is way too long. No apologies from the staff, just a comment that this was normal wait time since we also ordered appetizers and there were other people in the restaurant. Not recommended if you have other things to do the same day that you want to try this place.

Small, maybe a little too tightly packed (then again, I was alone and sitting in a table in the middle) service was friendly and welcoming, eaven though there was only one waitress in the hall. Food preparation times are not for people in the hurry, and chef is such a virtuoso that food is something to wait for. Had one of the best tenderloin steaks I ever had. If you are not so much looking food to cure hunger, but in for a blissful culinary experience in an affordable place. Hella is a place to go
