Good for kids
I had such an amazing time here. The #dreamteam Andrea and Kimmy were so awesome and hospitable. I dropped my hat twice and they saved it from being blown off into the wilds ! I thought I had dropped my phone and they were so kind as to go look for it. Extremely gorgeous views. The dinner was fantastic and delicious. Everything was just so picturesque

This was an exceptional ride, started out around 10K' and I think went up to over 12K' to Red #3 I think it was. The guides were great, friendly to talk with and knowledgeable on the area with interesting history. I enjoyed the higher altitude ride and especially the steak dinner that followed, the chef knew how to cook the steaks to our liking. @coloradooutfitter
My wife and I recently did their ride and dine package at Red Mountain. Yes, we did hesitate on the price over concerns the food wouldn’t be good, or the ride wouldn’t be great. Well, I was WRONG. First this was probably the best Colorado experience I have ever had (I’ve been coming every 2-3 years since I was 5). The ride is tough, the ride is fun, and, most importantly, the view was worth it all! Heading down to our dinner, I was excited to see what they would prep, my wife ordered chicken, I got the steak. Amazing! Their chef totally blew us away with a home cooked meal that I can honestly say would have been 100-150 for me and wife anywhere else in Colorado (35/person here). If you are looking for a good, fun, and exciting ride go with the ride and dine package on Red Mountain. Hands down the best deal they have.
My friend Kyle and I booked the overnight ride and Yurt stay and CAN NOT possibly stress how absolutely PERFECT it was! Our guides, Kristy and Leia were knowledgeable and couldn’t be friendlier or more fun, and Nick, the Chef was fabulous! The horses were incredible, and the ride up to 12,300’ afforded breathtaking views. The Yurts had every amenity one would ever need, even a sauna!!! And if you love nature and animals, you can top everything off with the dogs that accompany you along the way! I wanted to take Uno the Blue Heeler home with me!!!
This was such an amazing trip. Beautiful views the entire ride and delicious food cooked for us in a YURT in the mountains! Once in a lifetime experience! Thank you Justin and your son, for your hospitality!
