Today was our first visit, hands down the best place I have ever had an eye exam. My husband also had an appointment this morning and he said it was the best experience he has ever had. We never felt rushed and both doctors took the time to visit with us and answer any questions we had. The updated technology for exams was truly enlightening and really awesome to see. The ladies that helped us pick out glasses played a large role in finding the right frame for our face and personality. They were honest when the frames didn't look good and tried to find the perfect fit. Truly 100% customer experience in every way. I am going to be recommending this place to friends and family.

Very professional staff, were very quick, gave awesome advice on eye hygiene, and choosing frames. Will come again. Kind of hard to find the building at first, but look for the entrance with the arches, a road from the chiropractor's office

I’ve been going to Ousley Vision Center since I moved into the area in 2015. I’ve seen Dr. Amy Clem since then and every encounter with her and other staff has been wonderful. They’ve all been so kind and helpful. From my experience, I also greatly appreciate how organized their office is with insurance and benefits. I was just in yesterday for my annual visit to purchase a new pair of frames. Kim helped me go through quite a few frames, letting me know which brands would be covered more by my insurance, which made my decision making process a lot easier. I’m truly grateful for Ousley Vision Center!

WOW! What a great family owned and well ran practice. Love these people! I've been going to see Dr. Bruce for about 21 years now. Hands down, one of the best doctors I know. Within the past 5 years, the rest of my family have all been going too. Everyone there is always very professional and helpful. Their eyeglasses can be a little on the expensive side but the quality is far greater than other stores I have used. Well worth the extra money. Will not buy glasses anywhere else. I Highly recommend them for all your vision needs!
