We have used Outdoor Solutions of Oklahoma for several projects at our home. Neal and his crew has been nothing but professional, their bids were extremely reasonable, and the quality of the work is top tier. I have no problem recommending Outdoor Solutions of Oklahoma for whatever project you would have around your house.
Neal and his crew built a deck for us. He was able to take our ideas and make them come to life. We made changes along the way and he was super reasonable when we asked to add something on. He communicated with us daily to let us know when they would be there and followed through so we could continue to use our backyard during the build. Every one of his crew was easy to talk to, professional and respectful. If they didn’t have an answer they would find out quickly. Our finished project is better than we had hoped and we are very pleased. Would highly recommend working with this company.
Neal came out, took notes, and provided a quote electronically almost immediately. He worked with me on quote that would fit my budget. Contract signed and half down, communication was great about when his crew would be out to start my fence and sod project. I appreciate him taking the time to let me know exactly what to expect and if changes were necessary the response was always timely. I felt informed through the entire process. After the project was complete and final payment made, I had a concern about a board on one of the panels and the gate closure. Neal had his crew out to replace the panel and add a second securing latch to the gate no questions asked. The fence is exactly what I had envisioned and the sod looks great! He and his crew are professional and respectful. I look forward to working with them again for future projects.
They put up some cedar fencing and gates in my backyard. Would work with them again. Was nervous because they weren't the most expensive bid but their workers were great and professional. Neal communicated well throughout the process with me.
I will absolutely give Neal and his team 5 stars. They are so professional and kind. My fence looks fantastic, so beautiful. If you need a fence guy absolutely call Neal.
If you hear other reviews about “unprofessional” results or lack of work do not ever listen to those reviews. Their work service is like no other. I do recommend by the highest quality projects under Neal Haggard, he has completed many projects that I have seen that have made me in-awe because of the time and hard work he put into these projects. Very professional and would recommend!
