The owner of this business was inadvertently, taken advantage of by one of those 1-800 numbers that promised me to deliver exactly what I wanted, when I wanted, on the first Memorial Day, that my youngest child, and her only child and my my only granddaughter were buried at the cemetery. In my grief, I bought it. The owner did deliver a beautiful arrangement the next day, when she was open, and received the botched order from the 800 company. I was wrongly hostile with her, and she did everything above and beyond her duty to ensure that the 800 company was reported to their accreditation company, she offered a replacement display at her own cost, and has created beautiful arrangements for me since. I feel like her heart is in her work. Beware of ordering off the Internet! But through this happy accident, I would like to give FLOWERS ON THE TRAIL a Plus on the 5 star review! Great Service & Beautiful, Quality, product!
