My garage door would open only a few inches when I got home from work Saturday night and Monday morning I went to an inservice at work and told a coworker my situation. He suggested calling Overhead Door and I did when I got home. The receptionist was so helpful and said she could have someone over in 3 hours! Sam showed called to let me know he was on the way to fix my broken spring. He arrived and it was so refreshing to have someone so professional and competent. He went in the garage and he was right! He showed me I had a broken spring! He said he was able to diagnose my problem from my description of my problem! He had my door fixed within the hour! He took the time to explain how my door operated and what I need to do to properly maintain it! Sam is friendly and outgoing and demonstrates a natural ability to quickly establish an excellent rapport with his customers! Sam, thank you! You are awesome! Thank you Overhead Door for such a prompt and efficient response!

An amazing job done by the people at Overhead Door company. I had a custom job done due to a support beam in the garage. Sam installed our garage door. He was awesome. He worked hard, was polite, and did an amazing job installing our garage door. I was impressed with the job from start to finish. I was pleased with our initial bid, the communication, and the service. The price was extremely reasonable. I will be using Overhead Door Company for all of our rentals!

Able to get everything scheduled in a timely manner. A manufacturing defect caused a replacement of the power head. We were able to get replacement parts in and installed in short order. Sam is a great installer.
