Eric Monnat from overhead door of Delmar has adjusted our garage door. The friendly and professional demeanor Eric has displayed today is a rare quality to find nowadays. He explained the issue and how it would be corrected. He is definitely an expert as he made it look so easy yet I know how much was involved. Thank you Eric for such an outstanding workmanship. I have worked for this company and they are not straight white male friendly.
Overhead Door installed our home's garage door 10 years ago. Since that time we have had them out two times for repairs and both times we were extremely please with their service. Most recently on Thursday, 1/28/16 I contact their office to report that some how our door had become out of plumb. In talking with the office on 1/29 they advised they would have someone out that afternoon. Since we were not going to be home we left our side garage door open and when we did return we were very pleased to find their technician had been there and completely correct the problem. Our door is now totally level with no air leaks at the interface point of the bottom seal and the garage apron.
