So on Fri. Nov. 20th, 2020, While I was at work, Overhead Door of Franklin came & removed a very old rotted garage door & track. Replaced with a beautiful new door, track, electric w/battery backup opener keypad & they had to do some framing in with wood. When I came home, it was all done. They even took all the old away so I didn't have to worry about the disposal of it. The cost was reasonable too. Half up front, half after job was completed. The new door & opener is gorgeous, so quiet, I was amazed! Now my new 2020 Outback does not have to be outside & I am not going to miss cleaning snow off each morning before going to work. Thank You To All Involved For Making This PossibleI Love It All God Has Been Good For Allowing Me To Be Able To Afford To Get This Done

I am a homebuilder and one of my customers purchased a door from this company. The door was hung damaged in multiple locations and the installer also damaged the trim metal on the side jamb of the opening that our guys had installed. The metal had just been installed and a tarp hung over the opening so it would not get damaged prior to door installation and so nobody could use the opening. The door installers ended up scratching the metal on both sides of the opening before the door was even completed and when asked about it by my foreman prior to them leaving, they instantly denied it and said it was already there and gave the typical \I've been doing this for 25 years and never had a problem\ routine. The door was checked prior to their arrival and it was in perfect condition so that was impossible. This company does not stand behind their work and does not take responsibility for damage they cause. I would suggest finding a more reputable company.

I called in the morning and they arrived approximately forty-five minutes later. I spoke with the repairman over the phone and he was extremely nice. I came home to a garage door that was working. Did a fantastic job and extremely pleased. They are number one in my book.
