I called with a issue with my garage door not opening due to the fact the tension spring had broke apart. We could not get our vehicles out of the garage. I was so pleased that the response was within the same day or should I say 1/2 day. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness in understanding our needs. The tech that came out was experienced and friendly and the work was done in a timely manner. Overhead Door Co. is a home run.

We called this company for the first time today. Answered by a very nice woman, transferred to a very nice man, was told he could set up an appointment today (do you have any idea how happy that made two older folks who get nervous over everything????). A couple of hours later a super nice gentleman came out, fixed what was broken and even a part that was going to break shortly. Super reasonable rates. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had a broken garage chain and I called this company. They had someone at my house within an hour of me calling to repair my garage door opener, which I was not expecting that quick of a turnaround. Also the price was very reasonable. Excellent customer service - thank you!
Overhead Door in Ludlow is great. Only a couple minor issues with my garage doors in the 17 years since they installed them and they took care of it for me quickly. Bob who is the door tech who installed and serviced my doors knows his stuff. Any company that you can count on many years after you buy their products is pretty impressive in my opinion. If you need garage doors, don't go anywhere else.
