What a joke. I have a broken belt on my garage door. I have called at least 10 times to get a replacement part. Every time, some one tells me they will check to see if it's in stock and that they will call me back. No one has ever called me back! I finally broke down and scheduled to have their technician come out and repair the door. They scheduled me for a 4 hour window and low and behold....couldn't be bothered to show up or let me know that they would be late. I called and they finally told me the technician was running very behind. But they offered to reschedule me! No thanks, I have wasted enough time with this company.

This company is great. Particular Kudos to Tim. Both of our cables were broken on our old garage door, and I thought it was terminal. Tim came out and fixed it fast, with courteous service and was very friendly. Thank you Tim and Overhead Door!

We had to call Overhead Door after a service call from another company didn't work out. Initially when I called them they were knowledgeable and scheduled us to have our Overhead Door motor fixed. The installer, Steve Newell was the reason why I'm writing this review. Even after we paid him he stayed and replaced our outdoor garage door keypad. Then he explained the logistics of our existing equipment. He also programmed our two new garage door openers. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone to take their time (on a Friday after 5pm!) to make sure we were satisfied. He went above and beyond and we are so happy with our what feels like a new garage door! Did I mention he saved us over 200 compared to the other company? Amazing!

Harold has serviced two doors for me within the past few months. He is professional, fair and does great work. I would use him again but hopefully won’t be needed anytime soon. Thanks for a job well done. Great to know there are people who still take pride in their work.

I had several quotes to replace my garage door, and went with Overhead because of reputation, although they were slightly higher in price. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! Literally everything they touched was done wrong and they damaged my brand new garage door frame aluminum wrap. The drive rail - wrong one installed. The door tracks - installed incorrectly, The weather stripping - installed incorrectly and left covered in dirty grime. The motor - wrong one installed, NOT the one I paid for and they still haven't told me when they will replace it with the upgraded one I paid for nor have they offered a refund. The ew\ garage door panels - damaged They did come out and \adjust\ the door tracks, but the incorrect drive rail is still installed, they say until they install the correct motor, but they have no idea when or if that will happen. They painted the new panels where they were scratched and replaced the weather stripping. I remember a time when someone you hired took pride in doing a good job, that was certainly not the case with Overhead Door in my case. We are now months past my first encounter with the company and the install is still not done correctly
