Good choice of products, ok service. But during the purchase process I had specifically asked if left over tiles (1 qm for about 80 Eur a piece) could be returned and the answer was confirned yes. When returning 3 of them a couple of weeks later they would not remember their promise. For the prices they charge that is not exactly what you could expect. A commercial promise is a promise and should be kept. And reading the other comments on the after sales service it seems to be consistent behaviour. Be careful!

Very good choice, they have lot of tiles on stock, the personal is very kind, helpful and costumer friendly. They understand that it is not easy to choose something for 20 years, they are very flexible.
