If I could give them 10 stars, I would! My parents are current residents at Overland Court Senior Living in Boise, and have been there for a little over a year. Colleen, Melanie, Karen, Kayla, Angela, Alicia, Bonnie and the ENTIRE care staff are amazing and I'm so thankful that my parents are being so well taken care of. We had a pretty awful experience at the previous property where they were living in Caldwell and I was so worried when I was looking to move them. Allen, Colleen and Melanie were the first people I met. They were compassionate, welcoming and transparent. Best decision I've ever made! My parents are doing pretty well, despite the Covid restrictions and this is a direct result of the entire team at Overland Court and Karen, the Activities Director, for their positive attitudes, love and compassion for their residents. Every time I ask my parents if their doing ok, their response is always the same. \We are doing fine and they treat us really well here\. :) I can't say enough about Overland Court and Frontier Management. Thank you so much for all you do and for the wonderful team you have in place in Boise. I am forever grateful.

I absolutely adore the facility and administrative staff. Everyone truly cares and takes the time to get to know those who live their as well as their families. They have done a fantastic job at doing everything within there power to keep families and loved ones safe and connected during these lady several months. Thank you Overland Court for all you do everyday

If I could rate this place zero stars I absolutely would. The staff is great and I loved working with the caregivers and med-techs and loved the effort made by them in regard to the care of those residents, however management is an absolute joke. The nurse, Angela, is probably the biggest joke of them all, she does not care for the resident needs, does not listen to her staff, and does the bare minimum required for her job. As far as marketing director, and activity director go, their attitudes are some of the worst I have stumbled upon in any care facility that I have been to or worked for. These people speak down to their staff and are just all around extremely rude. I advise anyone considering this place for their family members to take this into consideration and be cautious around these people. Overland Court is less than adequate in terms of care and I feel bad for the care staff that are forced to compensate and handle the short comings of the management.

I came here a few weeks ago to check this community out for my Mother. Let me just say that I have never been more taken aback at how many Females are Tattooed and just Trashy Looking. This is such a turn off to many Folks like myself. I thought I stumbled into a Trailer Park!! Another thing, get some new Carpet, for crying out loud...
