I was so excited to meet Ron! Kansas Singles gives you a folder with a lot of complete information on their process and information about how to prepare and go on a date. They take great care to listen to you and what you are looking for. Ron and I met for coffee and we found we lived close to each other. He was a dog lover also and we have enjoyed going to dog parks, bars and honky tonks. I was looking for a man who likes to cook and he really fit the bill for that! Ron and I were a great match and, because our birthdays are close together, we can celebrate every year. I highly recommend Kansas Singles and their caring staff.

This company has hounded me for a year to buy a membership from them but I wasn’t really interested at the time. They contacted me again yesterday so I decided to talk to them. Once he heard I was disabled, he said I didn’t meet their requirements. I had spine surgery two years ago and because of complications, I now must walk with a cane. I’m attractive, I have nice clothes, good grammar, intelligence, sense of humor and most of all I’m kind. I have empathy. I care about people. But all of those qualities are now irrelevant because I am damaged and no one could possibly want me. He didn’t come out directly and say that, but deeming me unfit to join their membership because of my disability, that is exactly what they are saying. My next move will be to the Better Business Bureau advising them of this discrimination. After reading some of the other reviews, I would be very careful of this company.

From the very start these people have acted more like I was family and not a stranger needing their service. First seen a ad on social media, and someone commenting on this was how they would date from now on. Couldn’t say I agree more, Kansas Singles and their staff do all the hard work for you, you just set back and let them work their magic. They’ve been around for 17 years and obviously know what their doing. As far as the staff I’ve only met Sheri over the phone but she was the one that made me feel so comfortable I set up the appointment. So I met with Ellen and she might as well been my sister, made me feel so good about the whole process and gave me all the details that I needed including their numbers if I needed anything. Then I got my first call from Marie, again professional and very personable. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us, they are as excited as I am. Very glad I decided to do this, it’s better than I could of imagined! Thanks guys!

Before you sign up with this service, please do your homework. I have to keep re-posting my review because they keep reporting my review to Google to have it removed. They don't want me warning the public about how bad things really are here. This company lied to me and cheated me out of thousands of dollars. I have placed a complaint on the BBB website. Please read the BBB complaints on this company and you will find I'm not alone. Also, if you look at news articles, you'll find that others have gone to Fox4 and KCTV5 after being lied to. I'm going to keep reposting my review as many times as it takes. They would rather work hard at covering up their lies than to work hard doing the right thing. Totally unethical company. The owners posted the response below, but management refuses to speak with me at all. I’ve tried for two months to contact someone in management to no avail. There was never any profanity or hate language in any of my reviews. They would like to have you believe that. I have only ever spoken the truth. They just don’t want anyone knowing about it and they certainly don’t want to help or do what they were contracted to do. I’m sure it’s easier to blame your customers than to take responsibility and try to make things right if you’re an unethical company. Although if you ask me, it seems like it would just be easier to do what you say you’re going to do and do the right thing. This whole thing is such a shame.

I've enjoyed the process. Signed up just a week before the pandemic.. the team helped me stabilize my membership and were at the ready when we could move forward again. Everyone has been especially helpful especially Jasmine, who knew what to watch out for me. I'm set up with someone new this weekend.
