DO NOT SHOP HERE!! This business has terrible customer service and policies. Where possible I prefer to shop locally. I visited the store to buy an electronic oven thermometer. I asked for advice from a salesman and explained exactly what we needed. We needed an oven thermometer to monitor a roast without opening the door. Brought it home an quickly saw that no way was it suitable for an oven even though the packaging indicated that it was and the salesman said that it would. We did not use it and I was able to repackage it in like new condition. My exchange was refused because the seal (tape) was broken. You can’t tell without opening it. Than you read the small print on the receipt. It has to be unopened, and they mean unopened. If they were so kind to exchange it—a 30% restocking charge is applied. Lost my business forever. I should have noticed the 3 star rating first. Now I know not to shop there and now you know. I repeat- Do not shop here! The terms of return or exchange are different from the web to the receipt. I purchased this at the store with advice from the salesman. You can’t tell until you break the seal and look at it. Never used...repackaged like original, but with the tape on the box broken. Beware!

Very friendly and was very helpful when some things occurred when I purchased my Kamado Joe!! They made it completely right with me and was awesome to deal with!! I would highly recommend this place to purchase any of your outdoor grilling needs!! I also have to say their grilling and cooking classes are awesome as well!! Very pleased with my experience there!!
Have tried to go here on weekends. No help so went in the middle of a week day. Still poor customer service. Only one person knew anything about fireplaces. After spending 600 they told me the only one left was the one on the shelf. Really?? What about the warranty. They said 5 years. They better honor it!
