Hello. I am sorry I do not speak Spanish and can not reply in Spanish but for me the probem was the price, too high. You are right though, it might appear as not being happy with the service, which is not true. Most of the time those who review do not realize the impact of the evaluation. It was all great just a bit too expensive for my perspective. So I change it from 3 stars to 5. Thank you for your reply.
