I have had nothing but great experiences so far. I absolutely love my doctor, nurses, and even the receptionist staff are really great. They have taken wonderful care of me through my pregnancy so far. They go pretty quick. Sometimes they're busy and I may have to wait a bit but that has only happened twice in 7 months. Typically within 5 minutes I'm called back for my appointment and I'm out the door 15 minutes later. I see some negative reviews that are really the reviewers own fault. As they chose to ignore the instructions they give you on the phone about appointments as well as the numerous signs informing you that due to Covid you must wear a mask and no guests under 18 can come in to the appointments.

I had a wonderful experiance! We had our first born at St. Johns Owasso. We saw Dr. Thompson during out time there, she is absolutely amazing and our Nurse Ronda was also just as amazing! I am so thankful we had them during our journey. All the front desk ladies were always kind and helpful and everyobe else we dealt with during our visits. Thank you!

I am so dissapointed. When I did my Glucose Test, I went in early. It's the same day as my OB appt.. I was there 8:30 and my appt. was 9:15. Sent me to RML after for the test and told request was sent. Waited there until 10. Nurse at RML have to call them to ask for the request. I was late for my job so had to cancel it. Took them long to tell me I need to do a re-take. Had the Glucose Test around December and they just told me January to re-take. Said they were trying to reach me and can't because they were calling my old #. Had my new phone # when I filled out a form then the reminder have been calling my new #, I wonder why they didn't figure that out. Same thing happen on my re-take test, nurse have to call them for the request. I made sure before that day that they will send it so I don't have to wait 3hrs. again. They themselves told me it was already sent and all I have to do is show up. I called them 2 days before as well to make sure it was sent and still..

Wish it was 0 stars I could give. I showed up to an appointment a couple weeks ago, and was told by the lady at the desk I had to wear a mask. I told her that I couldn’t wear masks because of medical issues, and was told it was policy, I had to. Even though said lady, DIDNT HAVE A MASK ON!!!! I went to sit down, when she stopped me and said my 1 year old son couldn’t be in the lobby or room with me, and said he would need to leave. Umm... really?! I had to have someone come get my son just so I could attend the appointment. Definitely don’t recommend.

I would definitely not recommend this doctor or her doctor office. I have been a patient of Dr. Bohl-Withey for over 2 years and she has only went down hill. The stress of finding a new doctor and starting over has been the reason I stayed for so long but I cannot handle it. When I meet with her in the office she is condescending and will not listen to any possible concerns you have. Her reception people are very rude and will not do anything with our being rude first and they will never accommodate to make my life easier when trying to make appointments. Every three months I have to go in for a shot and I’m always sitting there for an hour or more waiting for them to take 3 minutes with me to give me a shot. I’m not someone to go out of my way to complain about this is ridiculous and I would love to save someone else the trouble of dealing with this office.
