My husband and I went in to Ashley in Owasso to purchase a ton of furniture for our new house. We found a ton of furniture that we loved and spent around 10 grand at their store. One of the items we purchased was \as is\ on the showroom floor. We investigated the pieces and made sure there was no significant damage and went ahead with the purchase. Once it was ready for pickup my husband went to Mathis to pick it up and none of our items were in boxes like promised and had scuffs, scratches, and chunks missing. Ashley refused to acknowledge this and did nothing because it was \as is\. Then once our other furniture was delivered we received the wrong dining set. We had the correct table but the wrong chairs and since it was a close out special they had no more in stock. I had them come pick up the entire set and I asked for a refund. Two weeks later I still had heard nothing from the store regarding our refund and they had picked up the items over two weeks ago. When I called to get the refund they gave me excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't done and then went ahead with the refund. I had another charge hit my credit card for the amount of a nightstand that we had already purchased and when I asked about it they could not tell me why I was charged and that I would need to contact the credit card company. The credit card company was just as confused as I was and offered to dispute the charge, but it turns out that they never even charged me for the nightstand to begin with. Overall this experience was a joke and we will never be purchasing from them again. For someone that gave them over 10 thousand dollars you would think they would treat us a little better and offer some sort of compensation for the damages regardless of the \as is\ title. If I were you I would not waste your time at Ashley and would recommend spending your money else where.

Spent 3 days there picking out new furniture and the service was wonderful! From sales to purchasing I could not be happier. They went out of their way to make sure my shopping experience was fantastic and that I had everything I needed. The furniture is top quality and absolutely comfortable.

Went in to purchase a pair of bar stools. Found some we liked, but there were 3 different prices presented. On the kiosk in the store, the sales rep showed us was 115 for 2/carton, but she said that was for each one but the specs showed a weight of 34 lbs which is obviously the weight of the 2. Pulling the price up on her tablet, she said the price for each one was 75. However, at Ashley online, they were sold as a pair for 180 and had a weight of 34 lbs. With the great variation in prices within Ashley, I left with little faith in the sales person or the manager.

My purchase experience was great. Cari and Logan were the sales representatives that help me purchase a mattress and bed platform. I’m a very picky person and take in every detail to what I’m purchasing, and they were willing to show every bit of information and technical thing about my purchase. They were even willing to move mattresses around so I can try out mattress and platform combinations to feel the massage settings with different combinations. They did such a great job. Ashley’s has some good services, but these two reps went above and beyond.

My fiancé and I went in looking for a sectional for our first apartment together. I had gone to school with Taylor and she helped with referring me to April because she was not working that day. April helped us in finding not only the perfect sectional but also a rug and entertainment center to go with it. She was so helpful and sweet while we were searching. She even helped with finding us the best deals to fit in our price range. I 100% recommend to my friends and family. I will come back for all my home and furniture needs
