I have a cpap for an up coming surgery that possibly would eliminate the need for a cpap. I was pretty much forced to buy one brand new, considering they had no used ones or rentals. I noticed my sleep numbers weren't being tracked properly the machine wasn't set up for my sleep time schedule. I've let messages with employees and didn't recieve call back until my nurse called them. I was very sick nose would not stop running, so when I finally got a call back I asked for a mouth mask only, and was told I will not be receiving help with the equipment until I can make payments. I've had this machine for two months and have not heard anything about what my insurance didn't cover. Or how much they did cover! It's 11/29 my surgery that will cost over 2500 is 12/11 every dime I have is going towards that. I was told that in order to get the monthly tube and filters that \come with the machine\ and the mask that will not collect snot during flu and cold season I would have to start making payments of 50. I understand and am willing to pay my debt, however had I gotten a bill, I could have paid some before this huge save for the surgery. Now I can't even receive the monthly service that \comes\ with the deal! Oh and I'll be done with this machine soon so if your looking to buy one after the firsts of the new year!
