I’ve been training with Eli for a couple of weeks and I can confidently say that I love it. The environment is beyond welcoming, encouraging, and professional. When I had my consultation, I was anxious, embarrassed, and intimidated because of my starting weight and fitness level.... but now I look forward to every session & always leave feeling great. I never expected to enjoy weightlifting, but now I feel confident that I can achieve my goals and actually sustain them in the future. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Slade Personal Training and I can’t wait for my next session!

VERY GOOD trainer! I recently went to Slade Personal Training and worked out with the owner of the business. It is very organized and professional and so is he. I was also very impressed with his building! I actually love the environment more than any gym I’ve ever been to! As far as his training goes, he pushes you to what you need but he knows how far to push you. The whole time I was working out I felt pushed past my comfort zone but not too hard to where I just wanted to give up. During and after working out I felt so fresh and athletic He as well has good communication, and always sees what you’re doing wrong; Keeping your posture good and keeping the workout effective and efficient. He knows what workouts to train you to do to get you to your goals for your body. He’s what a personal trainer should look like. I’m very impressed with him and how he runs his business and 100% recommend

I have been working out with Eli for several months now at another facility and just recently transitioned to Slade to continue working out with him. Eli is very attentive to his clients and is driven to help them achieve their goals. He is well-educated regarding fitness, nutrition, and overall health. Each session is fun and new yet challenging. Definitely highly recommend Eli for all age groups and fitness goals. His kindness, patience, and humility complement his passion for fitness well! Slade Personal Training is top notch! The atmosphere is encouraging and safe. At Slade the trainers are detail focused. I felt I was able to trust in the training from the start, which is huge! I Absolutely LOVE training at SLADE! My trainer is super inspiring, knowledgeable, and encouraging! SLADE taught me the proper workout forms and how to target different muscle groups each session. And my trainer knows what my body can handle and then plans and/or adjusts the workouts accordingly. SLADE makes me believe in myself, which gives me the strength to push beyond what I thought I was capable of doing!

Tydon is extremely professional and fun to work with And has helped raise my confidence level and has taught me so many things about fitness.
