The manager Ben Jordan was more than accommodating. He worked with me on timing to install wheels and tires and pricing was fair. Employees were detailed and very informative. Will absolutely be back to this Tate Boys in the future! Good job!

Started loosing PSI slowly in my FRONT left tire before the weekend begun. When I got into my car on Monday morning the PSI was down to 24#. I went inside (very friendly Manager and Personnel). Greeted me immediately, i asked if I could get air added to one of my tires and t he old me to pull around and they would add it at no cost. I pulled up to the bay indicated. The Tech came right out and I told him which tire and the PSI on the tire. He quickly told me with that low of a rate I may have a flat tire. He assured me it was no problem it may have a nail they would fix it right up at no cost. It took them less than 15 minutes to fix me right up. The seal had came a loose (20/20 hindsight flat wood plank in the road on the freeway) and they resealed it and and made sure the other tires were at proper PSI. Tech brought my car around to me with a smile and said I was all set NO CHARGE... What a Blessing.
The staff at Tate Boys in Owasso are always kind, courteous, and professional. They have never tried to take advantage of me (as a woman, that is a common theme at most auto repairs). I trust them. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years for a reason.
Great service let’s drop it off the night before and it was ready at 8am the next morning. Ben was very helpful and polite. Thanks again for great service!!!
Tate Boys are always wonderful. This time I took my car in for new brakes. No problem we just figured it was time for new brakes, due to we could not remember them being done ever. James helped me out with an inspection and determined that the brakes were fine. He could have easily done the repairs I asked for but instead he was honest and told us we didn't need them. Time and time again Tate Boys in Owasso OK exceeds my Customer Service expectations. Won't go anywhere else!! Thank you to the Tate Boys team.
