Went in for wheel balance and took over an hr even though i was the only one there and for some reason they rolled my window down. Well it went off track and instead of letting me know they tried forcing it and manhandling it. They got it back up but my window was so screwed up i couldnt use it. Told management and they went to look at video then came back and said i rolled it down and when they rolled it up they had no problems. Straight lied to my face then said if i disnt like their answer i could file a police report. Well i fixed it myself today cuz unlike their employees im not brain dead. They had bent up my brand new window regulator so bad. All they had to do was tell me it wasnt working and i would have fixed it myself. They tried to cover it up and lie about it. So im a sue for a new regulator. Terrible customer service

They are very rude. Don't go there. It's awful and they don't care. I just wanted help getting my blinker replaced cause I didn't have any tools with me and I still left with nothing.

Went today for a oil change. Was told it would take a hour and a half. There was only one other car so I decided I’ll stay. It took them 20 Minutes. It actually took longer to check out because they over charged me and I questioned it. Took a bit of time for them to figure out how to fix it. Over all my experience wasn’t bad. Just wish they would be more realistic on time and Maybe pay attention when charging people.

I shop this walmart often and have gotten a few set of tires mounted here. Last set they didn't know how to properly install my bolt in valve stems so all 4 had a slow leak over a period of several days. Went back in for them to repair and only to find out they tried using some sort of silicone/sealant on the inside valve stem. The people who work at the tire and lube area all seem mad every time you go there, rude and very unprofessional. It seems management doesn't care either so I'd definitely stay away from this place or any of your car needs.
