This is an excellent business. They do quality work. They are honest and let me know up front what things will cost before taking my vehicle apart. Reasonable prices as well. They work with me on when I can drop off my vehicle and pick it up. I recommend them to friends and family for all of their vehicle needs.

We’ve used Owen’s for years, from a mom minivan years ago & now our truck. They diagnose whatever issue I’m having & get us in & out in a timely manor. They fix the problem & don’t make it complicated. Honesty is what we have always experienced. Thanks, for always treating us right.

I took my vehicle to these guys to get new tires put on my truck (I was referred by a family member). They were significantly cheaper than other reputable shops in my area (I should’ve known this was a red flag), so it seemed like a good deal. Once they put new tires on my vehicle, I noticed severe shaking/vibrations at 65mph and up. I took it back to them twice only for them to tell me my wheel was bent. I took it to a wheel repair shop and they told me it was bent AND cracked and I spent 250 to get it fixed. This was strange to me since I didn’t have any shaking/vibrations prior to getting new tires. I believe had the wheel been bent and cracked prior to getting new tires installed, I would’ve noticed poor ride quality. The truck seemed to ride a little better for a day, but I still noticed the shaking/vibrations at 65mph so I took it back to Donnie. He was quick to claim his innocence and say he did everything correctly - alignment & wheel balance. He test drove my truck, added some weight to one of the wheels, and sent me on my way. The vehicle was still shaking, so I took it to Raleigh Tire since Donnie didn’t want anything to do with it anymore. Raleigh Tire advised that the vehicle itself was not aligned properly and ALL FOUR WHEELS were severely out of balance. I paid RT 200 to get the vehicle fixed properly and now it rides perfectly. I would not recommend Owen Automotive to anyone. If they seem cheaper than a reputable company, there is a reason for it. Pay more money for a company who knows what they’re doing and cares about their customers or you’ll end up spending way more time and money having someone else repair Owen Auto’s poor quality work.

I’ve used Owen Automotive multiple times now and I’ve never had anything to complain about at all! Between general maintenance and repairs on our daily drivers, to being the only shop so far that can give my classic bronco a quality alignment, they are the guys to see! Thanks again guys!
