This is my second time using Wanda Westover and the Advantage Royal Group's realtor expertise. I bought my first home from Wanda in 2013 and, when I was ready to move to something a bit bigger, she helped me sell that home and purchase a new one. Wanda arranged for a proper stager to come in and help make my home show-ready to sell (and she was even in there herself arranging furniture and washing windows!), and she was there for me at the end of a text any time I had any questions, no matter how small they were. Scott Crowther was also excellent to work with -- coming to our home to help navigate the final negotiations and closing our deal.
