Dr Pitre is awesome. I was surprised at the details and explanations she gives about each test and results that she has done for me. She is very genuine, polite and sincere. She respects her patients. The other staff are also as amazing as the doctor. They made me feel comfortable before each test. I will recommend this place.

Received new prescription from Dr. Briggs and purchased glasses elsewhere. Prescription seemed to be wrong so went back to see Dr. Pitre and she confirmed that I was given wrong prescription for one eye. Was offered new lens at cost but tint wouldn't match other lens so only alternative was to purchase other lens too but at full cost. I would think that since the error was theirs, they would bear all costs to make things right, especially since my family has been their clients for many years. Will now have to wear old glasses for another 2 years till benefits kick in again or fork out the additional cash. Dissapointed to the point where my wife and I will be looking for a new optometrist.

Reception is terrible
I just found out from my new optometrist in Toronto that this office billed my benefits provider for an eye exam which I never received. As a result of this unscrupulous activity this office has engaged in, I am now out of pocket for my eye exam.
