How does anyone shop here... Most the time the snow removal isn't done properly,so can't shop if you can't park
I had cancelled an order but instead the manager Paul confirmed it. I called back but he never returned my call. I called again today and this time was put in touch with Eric the gm. He was unbearably rude. Refused to help and basically inferred I was lying about the return. I asked him to pull up my order so we could discuss it and he said no it’s not his job and hung up on me. Wal-Mart just down the street just earned a new customer and CT lost one.
Most sale items were available. Some staff members definitely need to work on their \friendly\ factor.
Was a great shopping experience today. Very quick shop and quick through the cashier.
