From the first phone call to set up my appt. All the staff were very friendly & accommodating. The day of they answered all my questions & concerns. Megan did an awesome job on my highlights. I am very happy with the outcome & will definately be back to get some extensions in the very near future.

VIRTUAL WORLD DISORDER REALITY CHECK HAVEN

Hiking product prices for professionals, during a second lock down and keeping it a secret by way of curb side ( you can't see the price) pick-up, whom have already been financially ravaged, is, besides being extremely greedy, is uber tacky. I guess it's time to start directing clients to Walmart for one of their better choices, it's realistically affordable, given reality. I'll be going elsewhere in future. Go ahead and be ripped off if that's your thing!

Incredibly professional, clean, comfortable environment. Hands down one of the best hair appointments I’ve ever had. Maggie was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and just all around awesome. She fixed a poor dye job with ease, and left me so happy with a great balayage. Can’t recommend her or the Chatters team enough!

I have went to Chatters to get my hair supplies in the past and when i wanted to change things up they were right there for me again! but most importantly i gotta give a shout out to Sylvia Meadows for being the real MVP! This beauty of a women was so helpful and one of the nicest people I have ever met, even throwing in some samples that im more than excited to use! Definitely will have to go back to get any of my beauty needs from here. She has made my entire year. YOU ARE THE BEST GIRL, STAY AWESOME!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff, especially when the person I assume is the owner is there, which she is a lot. Great place for haircuts for myself, also take my kids there for their appointments. I appreciate the peoduct selection and if I have to wait for an appointment it is always fun to spend the time browsing their very large selection of hair, body, nail products for men and women.
