I called with an emergency, was not a patient, and was able to be seen that evening! Staff were all great. I needed an extraction, which was scheduled for about 4 weeks later, but due to a cancellation was able to get it 4 days later. They recognized that I was in distress. The extraction was as done well with great expertise and explanation. Today, the next day, I am feeling surprisingly well, but taking it easy. I am using all prescribed medications. Happy to have found them as I am relatively new to the area. Good experience all round.

Reached out to this clinic to book a consultation for a full mouth reconstruction. I recieved a quick response initially, but then no answer regarding some questions I had in regards to a cancellation list as I was hoping to see someone sooner rather than later. After no answer for serveral days, I decided to check out some other clinics...as of last month, I've started my 24,000 treatment plan elsewhere. If they don't respond to you, just go somewhere else. There are some really fabulous dentists here.

Really unimpressed. Initially called for a basic cleaning/inspection in the beginning of February and was told they were booked solid until mid-May. A friend recommended I try again. Also kept hearing the ads on the radio about sedation - so I gave them another shot by way of booking online. No response, whatsoever. I don't quite understand why a company would continue to blow ad spend on radio ads if they can't convince their staff to follow up with leads, much less accommodate them. All the same, I'm now going to get my work done in Collingwood, where the game appears to be a lot more serious (and professional).

I will never return to this dentist. Received a nasty letter, signed by the "Principle Dentist" because my daughter was sick and unable to attend her appt. Life happens, sorry I wasn't able to provide 48hrs notice. My money will from now on go to someone who sees their patients as people and not just . service.

The Dentist, her assistant and the hygienist were all very accommodating and professional. Keep up the great work and thanks again for making my experience so enjoyable.

I feel extremely fortunate to have been a patient of Dr. Shahabi. From the very beginning, he and his staff were always very kind, patient and extremely professional with the dental complications I had and the possible routes I could take therein. Despite what seemed to me as an extremely challenging undertaking, I know that I was in very good hands with Dr. Shahabi. His consistent dependability, flexibility and continued dedication to my needs allowed me to place a great deal of trust in him. He and his staff went above and beyond, whether it be to schedule an appointment on a day and time most convenient for me or to ensure that I was utmost happy with my appearance as possible. The great deal of professionalism and quality of care along the road to the results, and the results themselves greatly exceeded my expectations. I can't thank Dr. Shahabi and his staff at Hilltop enough!
