I have eaten here many times without issue. In this occasion the wait was long despite being second in line. When I got home I found my 8 piece bucket was all burnt and had four legs. The popcorn chicken was fine but the 4 strips were...well to call them small is a generous lie. Two were small, one was...petite... and the last one was only slightly larger than a popcorn chicken piece. Frankly the best part of the meal was the fries and gravy. I plan to revisit the store today (we live 1/2 hour drive away) and request a refund.

The chicken was beyond greasy and the batter wasnt even crispy. It was mushy when I opened the box. The fries were inedible. I had to put everything through my air fryer to make it edible and the amount of grease that came out was insane.. yuck!!
Went today for dinner. Fries were good. However we requested KFC Famous Chicken Sandwich combos and the sandwiches were suppose to include pickles and there were no pickles and the sauce it was suppose to have. The sandwiches were so small and slopped together with burnt meat overcooked. We pointed out and asked her while ordering we wanted the new sandwich that comes with pickles on it as I believe the sandwich is a limited time one. Sandwiches were not anything what we ordered. This is not the first time they have screwed up on an order. Won't be filling out the survey they told us to fill out because they didn't do what they were told and sandwiches were inedible. Ruined our experience there we won't be back unless they improve. Poor service everything was rushed. Was a sad thing to waste money on this Thanksgiving weekend.
Burger's Bread quality was worst i ever tasted. No napkins in the bag.
