Super angry staff. No signs explaining covid policy. Staff yelled for breaking rules they didn't post anywhere.
All the staff are friendly and helpful. The guy with the dreads is who I try to catch if they are working because he knows their products well and has the most relevant information When I have questions. I’ve found out of the shops in the area Medusa always has a strong selection of a variety of products and is even comparable to some shops in Kitchener. I know for me this will certainly continue to be my store of choice!
