My Golden Retriever had a stroke plus had vertigo! The clinic was awesome to deal with . Very understanding when Tobey couldn't walk. I did massage on his spine and legs ! Now you wouldn't think anything was wrong. Tobey is back to normal, not even a head tilt or a twitch in his eye ! Thank you so much to the Rockford Vet Clinic. Donna Webb

We took our new puppy here. They will not allow people in the building despite having a large waiting area that could be converted to allow social distancing when one client enters at a time. The tech took my puppy from me without a leash. When I voiced my concern about this (since a vet clinic in the area recently lost a dog and they are right on the highway) she replied she had a hold of him. I was not impressed and this caused me anxiety. I then had to sit in my car for an hour with it running because it was too cold outside to turn it off. I will not be taking my cat here because it will cause him too much stress and me too much anxiety. He has been going here for 10 years and always had an okay experience. However, how they are handling things with COVID was a terrible experience. I wish they would consider accommodating their space like every other business has in the area.
