Such a frustrating company to deal with. They take every opportunity to charge you extra and none of their services work properly. The home monitoring is completely useless. The website barely works. Just calling to inquire about anything is a nightmare. If it wasn't a bigger nightmare to switch providers, I would switch in an instant. Also, be aware that the download speed you pay for will only be that fast between midnight and 3 am. The biggest company in Canada and such a joke.

I had a great experience in store i was told to avoid this location at all cost but wanted to give them a chance of my own i recently purchased 2 new devices for myself and my husband the change in leadership in this location really shows you feel welcomed and happy when walking in and the staff Are exciting to deal with and made it a amazing interaction i commend whoever is in charge are they have had a huge turn around in this location and i will be telling my friends and family. Some one from this store or associated with it decided to try and steal my phone number and break into my accounts. If there are any issues I will be visiting you in person, filing a police report, and Roger's has already been notified and has started a file with the fraud department. Stay away from these people, dirty filthy thieves.

My 70 old father went into your store to get help with his new phone and he was refused service because of Covid-19, he drove 45 minutes to get to your store to get assistance. Since Covid has come in your customer service is brutal.....we will never shop at your store again....

Very helpful. Helped me save pictures of my husband. He passed away and I was so afraid of losing them. Helped me set up my new phone. The only down side is no one answers the phone or calls back when you leave a message. That brought them down from a five to four star rating

Stopped in to purchase a replacement Rogers hotspot. They had none in stock. . Sends me to Walmart, source or staples. Surely he knew they don't sell an unlocked hotspot. Drove 1.25 hours when I ended up doing it over the phone with the Rogers parent company anyway. Don't go near this outlet! Unless you're looking to buy a phone and a plan then they're all ears.

This was my second time coming into this store because i have never been able to reach anyone by phone. The customer service at this store is terrible and i think they need some training on basic customer service. This seems to be an ongoing issue I would not go here again and would even drive to a different store because of the terrible customer service. My experience with the Rogers call center and products has been amazing however!

I am delighted and thrilled the way one of the staff this past summer saved me 700 a year by taking the time to map out the only channel I want being MLB Network channel 415. I had too much in package and did not need all the extras to get one channel I wanted. I am truly impressed how she wrote it out for me on a pen and paper then it allowed me to call the Rogers line to make the changes! I am still in shock!
