I had a problem with a pair of shoes that I originally bought at Runner's Den. I liked the shoes and had no complaints, but the material at the back of the heel wore out quite quickly and was giving me blisters after about four months. I took them back. Scott looked at the issue (including assessing my gait), said there would be no problem with replacing the shoes at no charge and helped fit me into a new pair. I have narrow feet and nothing in the store fit me perfectly, so Scott ordered in a couple narrow pairs for me to try. With Scott's help, I now have the MOST COMFORTABLE shoes I have ever owned.

I was there yesterday, and Scott helped me find this beauty. He listened, and was very patient and knowledgeable. Today I put them into a test, and omg the comfort, the way they fit as if they were designed for my feet specifically. I argue you to give them a try, and I will def stop by again!
Very helpful staff, when I described what I was looking for I got great recommendations in terms of the best shoe. Good selection. I'd say the only thing is that there seems to be more stock in the back not displayed which would be nice to see out on the shelf but with being a smaller location I can understand. Very well kept space, and sanitary with the way things are masks and sanitizer were available. All around if you want more thorough advice on footwear vs. just buying a cool looking pair of shoes this is the spot to go.

Phenomenal experience today! Tracy helped my boyfriend and I each find shoes for long distance running that supported our individual style of running. She took everything we said into consideration before making her recommendations. Needless to say her recommendations were spot on and we both left extremely happy, and blown away by the service we experienced, with shoes that were perfect for the types of running we were each doing!
