Went there to get some printing done when my home printer went capute one of the girls in that department was very pleasant and lovely. Helpful and knowledgeable. The older woman I also dealt with seems to be in a short disposition though and made me feel like customer service was an inconvenience

I went to fax some important documents sent to the Ontario Government. The machine did not seem to work, I called the attendant, Shohail and asked for assistance. He immediately disconnected the machine, breaking a contact it had taken 20 minutes to establish. He would not help me. He had no knowledge of how to operate the fax machine . I don't think he understands the concept of customer service or how to operate all the machines in his department,

Extremely difficult to try and get product or actually talk to a associate... store hours are terrible as is wait times Going to move my business needs elsewhere as the down time waiting on staples comes with a high cost

Same as Shoppers, CT,Wendy's... If your snow removal isn't done properly how do you expect anyone to get into the parking lot to go shopping
