In store information and note on receipt says merchandise can be refunded or exchanged, not my experience! 3 of 5 boxes of purchased dinnerware had broken side plates. Visited store only to be told to contact head office for replacement. When asked for contact information I was "directed to" find it on-line. No response to email sent to customer service. No response to telephone message. No response to social media message. Worst customer service ever.
