I don't often write reviews, but Dr. Owens and his team did a stellar job that should be celebrated! The office is clean, organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Each person I met with took the time to to explain and help me understand what was happening and why. Very professional and knowledgeable with excellent customer service. Special shout out to April for helping order in some frames for me to try, and guiding me through the selections available. If you are in need of an eye doctor, 'look' no further! THANKS AGAIN!

That was by far the most enjoyable and informative appointment I have ever experienced from the moment you walk in!!!!! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional The office is very updated and chic Dr. Owens who saw my daughter for her first eye appointment, was so kind friendly, funny, just made you feel like a good friend just having your best interest at heart He took his time to make sure all our concerns and questions were answered My husband has been a patient there for some time and stated this is how they all are-it’s genuine and consistent I highly recommend this office it’s one thing to talk about it -it’s another to experience true genuine,caring friendly and professional environment :) and oh yes we can’t forget their mascot Quinn a joy!

Friendly informative staff. No puffs of air or drops to dilate your pupils (except in extreme cases I was told). The machine used to check all the issues in place of puffs of air and drops was painless and easy. The help I received in choosing the frames, color, and styles was very very helpful and well explained in all aspects. I felt informed about why certain frames or colors would work. They also give you plenty of freedom to make your choices. A relaxed atmosphere that left me feeling excited about my choice and entire experience. I love this place! I also rarely write reviews but this place left me wanting to do so!

My first time visiting Owens Optometric & first eye exam in 20 years. The entire staff was so pleasant & welcoming. Eye exam was explained thoroughly & very pleased they were honest in what I needed, not just to sell me expensive pair of glasses, actually told me to go to the store & buy cheater glasses. Highly recommend!
