I usually shop here but when I called to ask inexpensive product to make sure they had it in stock before I left. I had the pleasure of speaking to an automated operator for 10 minutes and answering unnecessary questions and then after that the phone just rang for 20 minutes and I never got to talk to an associate so I just bought somewhere else.

Not much to choose from. Who not a lot of what I was looking for but prices are reasonable. I was looking for a printer and they only had one kind left, with only 2 left in the store. But I'm satisfied with my purchase. Employees was awesome, very nice and helpful
I had forgotten my laptop power supply at home (300 miles away) and was looking in the laptop section. Joe was very helpful. He led me straight to what I needed. He even went the extra step of making sure the product was compatible with my laptop. Excellent service. Thank you Joseph. Will definitely recommend this Best Buy location.

Since my carrier (T-Mobile) didn't offer any deals for existing customers unless you added a line (new customer), I got 2 unlocked phones at a very good price... plus I can tell you their curbside pickup works great!!! If your mobile carrier isn't taking care of you for new phones, definitely check in with Best Buy!!!
We had a very odd situation arise. A product we bought was not in the box. Long story, so suffice it to say Best Buy (Sean) handled it perfectly with no hassle. Perfect customer service.
