So grateful to Oxford for their helpfulness as we searched for an apartment. Due to some constraints, we didn't fit the usual mold for someone looking for a 12-month lease. Oxford was willing to work with us to find a beautiful place which also came furnished which was a big help to us as we weren't interested in purchasing furniture if we would have to move again in 3 or 6 months. They were very easy to work with and we would contact them again if we end up back in Ann Arbor.

I've been with the company for just a couple of months, but It's been a nice refresher from other companies in Ann Arbor where they entered my apartment without notice and the management was atrocious. Oxford is quick to respond, always very transparent when it comes to when they are entering the apartment. Very clean place when I moved in, no trace of the last tenant, consistently cleaned common spaces. Enjoy living here so far!

I mostly communicate with Kris Koleman at Oxford and if I have any concerns he makes sure that my needs are met quickly. He has been really helpful over the years. I would refer a friend or family member to move to an Oxford rental.
