Staff are NOT all wearing masks while working and walking around, even when talking to a patient. This is incedibly unsettling if you're seeking care. In my 10 min wait I saw 7 staff, two wore a mask all the time, another two more wore one later, when I saw them the second time. One talked to me directly without wearing a mask. Appt are always late at this practice, today i had an early one, so it's not because they're busy.

The reception team were lovely. Always professional great with organising appointments and prescriptions etc. Found Doctor Howe to be really helpful and the nurse that i seen was great too. Good covid measures in place.

Helpful and friendly. Dr Willis is an excellent medical professional with a very comprehensive and methodical approach to medical issues.

GP doctors are okay. Receptionists are incredibly rude and inpatient. Have terrible talking etiquette, and are incredibly blunt. Does not appear that empathise well with patients. Can I suggest you train your staff for better customer service.

Very rude receptionist. Unfortunately I found the other reviewers correct in that I was met with a very rude receptionist when I went to signup. This kind of behavior just wouldn't work with a regular business. I was so shocked myself my girlfriend would rather not have a GP than deal with this. Will go elsewhere.
