We made an appointment to have EWS install a constant pressure well pump system. They came out and did an estimate and it took over a month to set up the appointment for final install. We took the day off from work so we would be able to be home for the technician. The day of that appointment we received a call from Melanie and she said there was an emergency and they would not be able to make our scheduled time and they would be out later in the day. No problem, however she called several hours later to completely cancel our appointment and to reschedule. Why make appointments if you are not going to show? This is a very unprofessional company. We left a message with the manager because apparently she was “not available”. I would suggest finding a different company for your well and water needs.
We have had nothing but the best experiences with the guys that we have seen from Eastern. They are super knowledgable, considerate and understanding of the trouble that water issues cause their customers. I cannot speak more highly of them and would recommend them for sure. I never review anybody but this company is just that good!

I was in a pinch and needed a hoist truck to help me pull 500' of 1-1/4 steel pipe from a well. I called Eastern Water and a very nice woman picked up and immediately assisted me. They sent two guys and a boom truck out to help me right away. The two men that showed up were great, very friendly and hard workers. We all worked together like a team and got the job done in a timely manner. I really appreciate that they were so willing to help out a neighbouring well company on such short notice. The price they charged was very reasonable and I will definitely called them again when need be. Thanks again guys!!
