I tried to buy a Christmas tree in December from this shop. I pointed at one and was told they could not sell it to me as they had not ascertained the price and could I come back again? I came back again the next day and was sent away for a third time as they still did not have a price. On the third occasion the day after, they still did not know the price and were totally unapologetic - they seemed totally disinterested in making the sale! Given the propensity of online shopping these days they should be valuing their customer's time and willingness to visit in person on 3 separate occasions. At the very least, they could have taken my number and apologised for the inconvenience. None such apology was forthcoming. I was very glad to buy my tree elsewhere after this and shall not be returning.

No words can describe the unbelievable flowers that the Fabulous Flowers team created for our wedding. As an Event Manager myself, there was a lot of pressure to get our wedding right. One of the most important factors for me to make this a success was the flowers and I just knew that they would be spectacular. Everything, from my wild, whimsical bouquet, the stunning, quirky cake flowers, the hanging floral centre piece above top table, the hanging chandelier above the bar down to the buttonholes - it was all perfect. The whole experience from meetings with Matthew and Zoe to communicating with Faye throughout, we just knew we were in good hands.
