Room was NOT cleaned properly! There were cheesey baby hand prints on the window and mirror and the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner bottles had been USED, which tells me that the room wasn't checked or cleaned properly. It concerns me because we went in dropped our stuff and used the restroom and went to see my new granddaughter! What if I took germs to her!!!!! Ugh and for the love of everything holy I hope that was DIRT on the towel that was supposed to be clean! Yes. We did tell the front desk and they did give us a free night if we return.......

very comfortable and clean! I wish there had been a coffee maker and ice more readily available. otherwise, a wonderful experience! will definately stay again!

I did not recognize an additional 100 charge on my credit card. I tried 3x to get someone on the phone from The Graduate. Waited on hold a total of 40 minutes and no one ever picked up. Had to resolve the matter with Visa and the charge was reversed. Also, the shower in my room did not work properly. The staff is friendly and professional when you have a personal interaction with them. I would look elsewhere before I stayed here.

Luke warm shower water the entire weekend( told this was so guests don’t scald themselves) made to wash with a hand towel in cold shower ( was told they were out of face towels) asked for a plastic cup of any kind was told they don’t provide. Not impressed. So far location and a comfortable bed are all I can say positive.

I've only come to study or eat at the restaurant/cafe. The atmosphere is calm and usually quiet. It's clean and open. The staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is an amazing place to gather with loved ones for a cocktail on the roof during sunset paired with a nice meal. The view of the square from the restaurant is a local favorite. Cabin 82 (the cafe) is a wonderful morning spot with delicious food and beverage choices. Free WiFi baby!! Along with free WiFi, the lobby has communal tables and seating for anyone who wants to come study or relax. Beautiful vibe and right on the square!

Very cute hotel with a good location near the Square -- however, there were some missing elements that prevented me from giving this hotel 4-5 stars. There is no Keurig or coffee service in the room, but they do have free coffee downstairs for guests in Cabin 82. There were also no bottled waters or plastic cups for water in the room, which I thought odd. Our bathroom looked clean but was grimy on the mirror and countertop space. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, but the students using the lobby as a study hall on a Friday/Saturday night made us feel as if we were being too loud coming in and out of the hotel. All in all, a nice play to stay but not sure if it was worth the money.

The front desk staff was welcoming. We were looking forward to a great stay! However, the HVAC in the room would not adjust, the plug in the lamp by the bed fell out of the lamp, the tv program feed kept going to "no signal," the hotel lost power for a good hour (the neighborhood did not) and there were no safety checks or apologies, and the internet kept working and not working. The safe did not work as the battery was dead. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and that is why 2 stars. This hotel needs attention to maintenance.

Overall a good experience...but... the fridge in the room was very small...there were no drinking cups/glasses in the room...also, 11.50 for 2 muffins and 2 small juice drinks!!!... and the room rate seemed really pricey for a weeknight stay...probably would stay somewhere else next time...
