I've used Ireson-Bailey on 2 home renovations and extensions since 2017, and I'm about to work with them again. I've always been given creative, practical solutions to help me achieve what I wanted. Delroy is innovative, but doesn't promise anything that he can't deliver, and he has always worked to my needs - not what is easiest for him. Delroy was a professional from start to finish. He was able to offer input on our initial plans, accomodated changes we requested and the quality of the end product is absolutely top notch. He visited the site regularly to make sure everything was on track and up to the standards that we were looking for. His entire team were extremely courteous and professional throughout. Delroy was also very dilligent with his communications, making sure we always knew who would be visiting the property and when, and even making sure we knew if they had been delayed. I have worked with him as Architectural Designer on a number of projects and he is a great Project Manager and will lead projects forward and establish both efficient and realistic project programmes and timescales. He approaches design details and specification in a collaborative way with clients and Architects, to achieve best value for clients by being realistic about what they can achieve for their budget. He also has significant experience in the delivery of larger housing developments as a lead Site Manager for larger Contractors.
